Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time Once processed, standard shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days depending on your location. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs processing.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items Custom-sized gowns and personalized jewelry may require additional processing time of 5-7 business days before shipping.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
